Update: (I'm sure no one cares, but I'm bored.) Took the grinder to it. Took off where the TV cable mounts (good thing I ditched the AOD), had to ditch the cruise cable and clearance the bracket...

I will look at it and see if taking a grinder to it will give me the added room. maybe take the grinder to the valve cover if needed. 3/8th Delete won't work, I have to space the throttle bracket...
