Computer Routers

Im looking for one and I dont know much about these :rolf

Are there any spec's that I should know ?

USB cable I already have from my old house, I just never bought the router nor set it up so im lost.

Seems straight forward to me but who knows :rolf

Err.. There is no usb cable. Network cable from cable modem to router and a couple out to computers + power supply connector.

well u can connect via usb but its better to use a network cable.

do u have a laptop or just a desktop? if desktop just stick with something basic...otherwise wireless is nice to have so u can move around with the laptop

^^ pretty much. basically you can buy any of them, depending on what you all have hooked up. i've got 3 computers and an Xbox hooked up to mine, and i have a cheap Dlink. its decent, i would like a nicer one for when i'm on xbox live, but for like basic use, it does great.
