Jared polished my manifold, charge piping, and intake piping. They're spotless :thumbsup He does powder coating now, too. I'm probably gonna have the manifold ceramic coated eventually, but I broke my differential at GLD so I can't drive the car right now anyways :chair:

And of course, my car

I will definitely consider Jordan again in the future, especially for my valve cover. The work he does with those is extraordinary.

P.S. Hi everyone, I'm Rob. I've been to Highway a few times... :D

Is that a GT or RS/GS ?
Doug from DougsDynpower was having a helluva time getting a trubo kit to work back in the day, even with minimal boost he kept breaking things. Haven't really heard of any boosted 3g's since then, are there many?
Front mount looks decent in that front bumper :D
How much boost? etc. etc.

Yeah I'm not really sure what his problem was, there's actually quite a few boosted 3G's. Mine is a GS 2.4L, which is fine with me because the V6 can't handle much boost on the stock internals, plus I got a pretty good deal on this car. There's a few turbo kits available for the car, but none of them were really catching my interest. FI Autosports was selling the Max Rev kit for the 4-cyl for a while, but it came with a log manifold :punch:. They also sold 2 kits made by Accelerated Autosports Inc, one for the 4 and one for the 6, but now FIAS is out of business. During this time, only the Max Rev kit was available, which is why I went with a custom kit from Top Street. Now the AAI kits are available from a Club3G Florida member, Russ, at tearstone.com. I think Matt from Team Rush was thinking about going turbo, but other than that, there are plenty of boosted 3Gs, just not in the area :crying

I had to put the turbo on hold when I broke my diff, and now I don't have the money for fuel management (AEM EMS) so I can't put the turbo in yet. When I finally get it set up, I will probably run and daily drive 8psi and I hope for about ~250 whp. Then I will step up the boost to around 12psi as long as the injectors hold. The stock 4G64 motor has held 16psi but I would never take it that high, because I could only do it once or twice :D

Ahh...nice nice, there's a 4g64 Yahoo group that's been around for a few years now. There's a guy on there Curt that had the first turbo 4g64 ever (from WI even) and more than a few followed with other 2g Spyders/Galants.
Craig Ristuben had his Galant in ad for... **** I wanna say Jegs, but I don't remember now :durr
Anyway, looks good :headbang

Nice. I've never seen a boosted 3g around here.

The powder coating looks great too. :D
