NHRA race in Joliet...

Is anyone going to attend the NHRA event in Joliet this weekend (9/30-10/2) ??
This will be the last fall race in Joliet. There was always 2 races a year but starting next season it has been cut down to just one, the spring race.
This fall race has always been known for setting records due to the crisp cool air.

I have a wedding :( to go to on Saturday :(



...but fortunately it's in north Illinois so I'm going to Joliet on the way back Sunday!!! :rockwoot: NITRO!! :drool:


Does anyone know a way to get cheaper tickets? I'm not willing to give a red cent to "TicketBastard®" if I don't have to.. :fire I tried calling the track this weekend but they were closed and haven't had time to call back this week.

That's cool !! I was just wondering if anyone wanted to car pool and we can get "rock star" parking (disabled) as I am going alone as of now. :confused

I'm going on Saturday, looks like good weather for racing.
It does suck that this is the last fall event, 66 is a great facility, I've
been to every NHRA event there.
Sorry, can't car pool with you wheelsofsteel, I'm staying with my mom
