XWing hits 10.44 in the 1/4 mile with his 3000GT

Some of you guys know Dr. Jack T from Oak Creek. Last night he justed busted out a 10.44 1/4 mile at GLD with his 95 3000GT VR4. He keeps getting better and better. Earlier this summer he trapped 137.xx at the 3/S National Gathering.

Figured it was noteworthy since the car is street driven and is not a dedicated track car by any means.

Yes - same setup... but he was only running 23psi of boost this time around. His car has 100hp in reserve at higher boost settings that he did not use last night. Crazy stuff :headbang

Whats great about that car is that he can take it just about as it sits after that run and take it autocrossing or to a track like Road America and reak havoc on just about everything out there too.... and still drive it to work. Props to you Jack - thats one hell of a car.
