Just saw it; I can say the movie is retarded. Many scenes were exciting, but the script and plot could have used alot more work.

In my opinion, Gone in 60 Seconds has the best script as far as recent car movies go.

I bet the dodge fans were excited about all of the chargers they used.

My dad said they had trouble finding the wheels for that car. Anyone have details about what it took to find the parts?

I read an article in Hotrod magazine about one guy who sold his two chargers to the film for $1.25 each as long as he could buy them back for $1.50 after the movie was over. I guess he figures they might be worth something now.

That sounds like a big risk, I could imagine those chargers weren't in mint condition.

it was a sapped up bullshit script. from the original picture and plot, they strayed WAY off. terrible. entertaining, but an insult to the Dukes Of Hazzard

Some of the car stunts were cool, but you got to see most of them in the trailer for the movie. Thought it would be closer to the show but strayed way off. Not worth seeing in the theater, maybe rental.

I was a little disapointed with the movie, only because it wasn't exactly "family safe". But it was funny, even though they changed the characters. Overall, I liked it.

They used his cars for the "pretty" cars that was one of the conditions too.

Yea, I heard that too. That would be pretty cool to be able to say "that's my car".

I thought it was alright. It pissed me off how much they strayed from the original series tho.
