Yeah and I'd like to take a stab at what it is....

He mentions like 3 words about the car but he writes 2 paragraphs about these "period correct" parts he's about to start selling. Hmmmm. My gut feeling is this car may indeed be his, but the reserve is so far out there that it will never sell because he doesn't want it to.... I think it is merely a marketing ploy (and a damn good one at that with 97000 views thus far) to get people to read the ad and attract true 1st gen enthusiatsasts to buy his other crap.

a guy on another board i go to said that this guy is in the same neighborhood as where he use to live and he knows the guy. He said its all legit and he has rebuilt a couple other ones and they have gone for much more than what its at. he usually sells them in private auctions. The only reason he is doing this one publicly is because he wants to get his company out there.
