$40.00 bucks into Grand Prix... thats a record! Unless I was dumping some race gas in there. At that price it might as well be.

When I was coming home at 2am this morning from work it was 2.65 in Burlington
2.79 in hales corners and 2.69 at the speedway by the house. I did like 2.84 IIRC on hwy 100 and Oklahoma.

I fill up darn near empty everytime and @ 2.55 on friday in Burlington it was $42.
I remember when I was pissed it it cost $30 to fill up :goof

Hopefully I'll be the first to snap a camera phone-pic the second premium hits $3.00, only $0.99 away from race gas!

Looks like all the gas stations I've seen are trying real hard to stay at or under 2.9999

Yeah I saw they went back down on Hwy 100 & oklahoma on my way home @ 3am. I wonder if this is a sign of leveling off or if they just had no customers being that every staion around them was cheaper :goof

Although oddly the speedway by my house was still 2.89 after holding on to 2.69 for a while.

I filled up for 2.69 in Burlington on my way home.

Thats great that they say that - as its offering some faint sense of hope that prices will eventually go down "when it gets colder". So does that give them justification in thier eyes to increase the prices until "the bubble bursts"?
