gotta make it yourself with a GIF animator (ulead/psp animation shop/etc.) , or just google for them.

i found a GIF making program on download.com and if you have a certain file that you can get to be broken into frames on that program, you can delete frames and alter the size of them to make it into an avatar. it especially looks good if when the file is looped you don't see TOO big of a jump, like with my Team America avatar
