H.O. Options?

Can anybody tell me what the H.O. options are?
A co-worker is looking at a 98 T.A. and the guy says its an H.O. but he doesnt know what makes it one.
Is this something like the SLP Package?

SLP "RPO-Y2Y" upgrade options werent availible right from the factory till 2000, like wheels, exhaust, suspension upgrades etc...

Its just a standard 305 HP LS1 , or 325 If its a WS6 Ram Air.
