Hey there everyone ... just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Zach and Im a new resident of Wisconsin. Pewaukee to be exact. My company has moved me up here from Indianapolis, Indiana. Anyway, looks like you guys have a great community going on here. Look forward to checking things out.

oh, btw ... I drive a yellow jacket '04 GTO. As of now I am stock, with the exception of a CAI, and a few bullshit mods like CAGS elim and TCS inverter. If anyone is interested, I can post pics. I have a proflow SLP on its way :headbang ... should have it on before the end of the month.

Thanks! There were a couple quick GTPs on the message forum I am on back in Indy (indycarz.com) They're good cars. Sleeper for sure.

couple of tips:
1.) don't pay attention to ANY shittalking as 99% of it is just fun and games
2.) lots of heated arguments around here, but everyone's good friends in the end.
3.) we are all 14sec cars that NEVER street race, so police have nothing to worry about :)

Ill give j00 a run ... 14.1 was my best at IRP w/ 60 ft of 2.1 (nasty). It sure would be nice if IRP would give us a prep. If I learned how to drive I may be able to get my 13.5 Car and Driver says I am supposed to be able to run :chair:

Maybe if a shed a few pounds off my fat ass i could pick up some time!

Im thinking of heading out to GLD tomorrow. They do have street legals tomorrow, right?

stock driveline, and yes wheel hop rules my world. Polyu bushings are supposed to do wonders/

05' is the first year for the 6.0L 400 HP LS2.

If you need LS1 tech advice or help, me and Jeff (slow C5) work pretty much hand in hand so... Just shoot one of us a message.

Not to rob the thread, but have the GTO's come with the 6.0 for long or is that a "new for 05" thing? I saw a dark blue one yesterday and when I caught it, it had 6.0 emblems on the back decklid. He was givin' her hell too... :headbang

I have a good friend in Indy with a 6.0 goat, and while they are rated 50hp higher than the '04s, both the A4 and M6 GTOs get tourque management which susbstianially kills the overall feel of 400hp. In fact, the '05s that I have seen run have 1/4 miles times that are only a few tenths of seconds faster than your average LS1 gto. Now, if you get that troque management zeroed out, then you have yourself one hell of a machine.
