Which NOS solenoid has a .125 bore? I suppose I could call Holley directly but I figure someone on here might know. If someone has spare bottle(the bigger the better),large bottle valve, -4 line, bottle heater, big solenoid, asst. jets (.060 and larger)I am now looking to start collecting the pieces. PM me with what you have and how much $$$. Thanks

A NOS Super Pro Shot is what your looking for, its 122$ bucks though, but thats what i run and it supports up to a 400 hp shot.

The little 60$ Super Power Shots only havea .073" orfice and support 150 hp MAX with no flare jets in the lines.

Unfortunantly any of the discarded nitrous stuff from the orginal setup on my car found a new home on my truck.

You were burning clutches and now you wanna make MORE torque?? This situation sounds familiar to me :goof I was wondering if you found a solution to your tranny woes and what it turned out to be? Thanks dude,

PS: Can't wait to see the N2O results.

I'd run a -6 line if your running the big solenoid.

The small soleniod will support a 400 shot with a -6 feeding it on a 462 with no jet in the plate, 1200 psi at the bottle..... ;)

Actually I would take a $100 for the 15lb bottle.

that is why I am asking the pro's............................-6 it shall be, I don't think the output is the same for a diesel with N2O. I already have plenty of fuel. A .090 jet will net me roughly 200rwhp. Don't know what the equivalent for a gas motor is. The burnt clutches were BETA units which didn't hold up very well. I went back to the BORG WARNER clutches that were OE in the trans and all is good. I have some machined parts on the way so I can stack another OE clutch/steel in each pack. That should give me enough holding capacity for the 700rwhp+ I should be at with the N20.

Not a pro at all...... :stare

I was helping a friend a few years ago with a EZ/Street car, I think he ran 105-110 jets in the single bar plate with 1200psi in the bottle, went to a double cross plate with 60s or so, dropped the bottle pressure to 1000psi. The car ran 11.40s on nuts and 9.20s on spray.. :wooo

With the single bar and small solenoid it wouldn't run any faster when we took the 110 jet out and ran none...... :durr

Your running a dry shot right?....Why not propane?.....I thought that was the hot set-up on diesels.... :confused

Now that I think about what Tom said earlier I think we had a big shot solenoid on it that came with the kit and then got a bigger (bottom feed?..) solenoid.....I don't know how much differance a -6 line makes....

Mount the bottle in the passenger compartment with blow-down tube vented outside, You can turn it on yourself then and keep a eye on bottle pressure easier. Keep the shortest feed line you can or you'll vent half your bottle everytime you turn it off and purge.

I have 2 options, to mount the bottle in the bed or to mount it under the bed next to the frame rail. I have seen both done already. Propane is another fuel, I already have more than enough fuel with programming. I need more air to burn all my excess fuel (black smoke).

How about a bigger turbo... :devil

Only 1 manufacturer with a larger replacement turbo.....................$4500. I can fill a lot of bottles for that. The larger turbo also doesn't spool very well on the street.

A set of twin ball bearing turbos would spool nice....... ;)

You still have stock injectors?.....

Still stock injectors, no need to upgrade the nozzles yet.
