Saw this one down at Bradford Beach on the 3rd. The officers were totally plain clothes and were cool as hell to talk to. Remeber these plates and do not play with it.

The pics are not working for me...

but I have seen that car with its lights on. I wouldn't call it a sleeper because it kinds sticks out like a turd in a punch bowl because it lacks the 20s and big subs.

I remember seeing the German Autobahn and the undercover vehicles they have out there. They can switch plates so this of all things doesn't happen. Wonder if stateside they can do the same thing. Don't see why they couldn't.
