Its taking awhile to load a thread with lots of pictures. The thing is, when I go back to the thread, the same pictures have to reload and it takes a really long time. Is their a way so the pictures can saved so they don't have to load over and over again?

check your browser settings

Tools > Internet Options
On the GENERAL TAB / Temporary Internet settings / click SETTINGS
Make sure its on "AUTOMATIC"
if not maybe try NEVER but then you may get some refreshing issues.

Ohh try deleting all the temporary internet files... maybe your cache is full.

maybe try Mozilla Firefox, see if that caches a little better.

It was on Automatic.

How do you delete the temporary internet files?

You could always set the cache to a larger size... but depending how large your hard drive is, that could lead to a nearly impossible to delete cache later. (my mom had over 20gb! froze every time I tried to delete, had to do it in "dos")
Anyhoo... Same place, Tools...Internet Options...Right in the middle will be the 'Delete Files' button.

I just deleted the temporay internet files. I have 69.2 GB free and a total of 74.5 GB. What would be a good setting for the amount of disc space to use?

What's Mozilla Firefox?

Thanks alot for the help.

Mozilla firefox is another browser. It's free and alot of people are using it over Internet Explorer.

Firefox is also alot more secure than Internet Exploiter. :devil

I'd set it at like 1GB at the most.

My parents don't like monthly fees. We got cable not to long ago, same with a cell phone(for the family, not for me). The main reason we got cable was because my dad wanted to see American Hot Rod.
