You can knock a half second off that quarter mile time with a 3500 stall, don't forget the trans cooler though, good luck.

Yeah i would go to the meet but i have to work  ...alltho after work im going to Georgy porgies its located in oak creek on the corner of hwy 38 and hwy 100
every saturday they have a local car show its just basically a bunch of locals with hot rods and street cars of all types...and they have good burgers :D
people usually start showing up around 5ish so i will probably be thier around 6-6:30 depending on what time i get out of work and if its not raining..it will be the first time i take my car thier...

Hi Mike. Welcome!

I would strongly suggest getting a beater for winter. You can find alot locally for $500 or less. It sure beats driving your car around here in the snow and ice with the crapload of salt they dump.

3,500 stall is fine for a daily driver, sounds like a lot of stall but ask around you will find alot of people use them.

I got a '94 GMC Safari for sale for a winter beater :)

Anyways, I rolled a 4400 stall as a daily driver even when alot of people said i was stupid and that it was too much stall. then again, most people don't know **** about these cars and what works.

there are a couple of options, i went 13.4 to a 12.65 with the addition of a Vigilante3200 stall.

^^ really wow..how hard is it to change out stall converters is it something i can do in my driveway with normal tools??? or not a good idea.. the only tranni work ive done was swaping a auto tranni on a 89 mustang 5.0..took me and a freind about 3 days to do but we were taking our time. and had to work all day.
