I dont know if this is old news or not, but in my weekly email from GLD.

New ET boards coming soon!
We are replacing the 50-year old incandescent display boards with new LED display boards. This should be completed before the end of the summer.

So were actually gonna have to have saftey equipment on our cars now :confused That guy never looked at any car twice if it wasnt an all out dragster or a bike, then he was all over it like no other. He was always fairly pleasent when i went through tech, i got him partially started up into a conversation once to see if i could crack him... but he didnt bite for long... :rolf

Those of you who haven't been there this year yet, will be surprised to find they also redid the bathrooms completely. They have those cool infrared sensor "wave your hand and paper towel shoots out" dispensors and flourescent lights. They also have added more urinals than I've ever seen in one place. Twice as many as Route 66 Raceway in Joliet.

Update

The new LED ET Boards are now installed. I have seen them, and they are good.

If GLD isn't careful, there won't be anything left for people to complain about anymore... :goof
