Alright, had a decent looking woman come into work today with the Cavalier she bought awhile back. She mentioned something about trying to sell her Monte so I said I would try and help her out. Anyways, on to the vehicle.

1986 Monte Carlo SS (non aerocoupe, was that even an option in '86?)
85,000 original miles
Silver in color

Supposed to be a pretty decent car. Has a spotless interior minus one cigarette burn made by her ex-b/f.

All stock save for the CD player in place of the stock unit.

I will have pictures shortly as she needs to bring them in to me.

At that point we can atleast see the condition. She lives around 92nd/Oklahoma area. Car is at her parent's house though.

She said she thinks she could get $4000 for it if she waited around, but is very negotionable seeing as she doesn't have time nor space for it. Doesn't have patience or time to go putting it up for sale everywhere and at car shows. Probably get it for alot less than that.

That sounds like Shana and her 85' SS from Oak Creek ;). Suprised its still for sale....haven't seen it in a few years, but it was in very nice shape at the time and clean.

I bet she was ;).

Haven't hung out with her since I last saw her Monte, almost a few years ago...used to hang out once in awhile, kind of had a thing for each other but she was either taken or me and then kind of fell away over time...oh well. :shades

I'm pretty sure her bf works for some auto-parts store, so it would make sense.

When I talked to her about it she is definately willing to negotiate, so I'm sure it can be had for less than 4k easily...she took care of it well too.

EX b/f from what she told me. If it really isn't EX, then I may have to try a little harder, haha

got it, it was a strange coincidence how I got it, but I got it... Paul B was there and someone approached me asking if I knew anyone interested in an SS. My coworker should already have called her by now.. thanks
:thumbsup

I am 99% sure it was at Miller Park Saturday...took a couple pictures, the silver 85' with aftermarket wheels otherwise stock appearing....didn't see a for-sale sign though.
