Wow this car is very smooth and comfortable, especially compared to a C4 I rode in. This was actually the first vert I've ever been in, and what better car to start than this one. We went on the hwy for a little bit then onto the freeway, I must say this thing really grabs the attention :thumbsup Maybe he'll let me drive it one day... On to the pics!!

:drool: i hated the fact they got rid of the flip head lights but man has it grown on me..i want one :crying uncle's got a nice car :thumbsup

I dig the keyless entry/start ( you jusdt have to approach your car to unlock it or walk away to lock it)

james bond fingerprint identifcation on the doors and start button in case you dont have your dongle :bling:

uhhh...i'd like the HID's, NAV, heated seats, push button ignition, the updated looks, same power as an LS6.

you guys have no idea how many people sit there, look at it, and then go...

"what happens if you are in an accident and the front end is seperated from the rest of the car and the battery gets unhooked? you are stuck in the car"

or

"what happens if you flip it into a river and the water gets to the electrical system, how can you get out of the car with no door handles"

That is scary.....

But the more I look at that car, the more it seems to me, that the lines just do not flow on the car. Too many angles.

Buy a mercedes then. Its a sports car. I hate that GM has been slowly turning the vette farther away from a "sports car" by adding so much crap to it.

The c6 is nice.......But I would take a c5 zo6 over it anyday. I'd have to agree that I like the c5's a little better, the c6 still looks too much like a viper for me. I did catch a peak of a 2006 Z06 when i was touring the bowling green assembly plant a few weeks back.

there are handles at the base of the seats by the door that are emergency latch openings.

They are creating a high class sports car. Even tho the C6 has more creature comforts (the corvette ALWAYS had leading technology) the car is still not a refined benz. When the car is cold it creaks a little because of the composite materials it's made of.

There is something about the shifter in the C6. Everytime I take it for a pass I never hit 2-3 perfectly.

And as refined as it is, add a few more HP from mods and kick it in first gear and the light torque monster of a car will go wild. Just like the Z06.
