Put a front seal and O ring on the ring gear, bought a new trans gaskette but didn't end up using it yet. Anyways, got the trunk sand blasted and trunk bed lined and started fiberglassing the center console, heres a few photos:

Alrght guys, got the rear closer to the ground tonight. I'm about 3 inches from laying, so with a smaller tire I will be close enough for this car. I gotta run air lines, wire up the valves, drill holes for the lines to go into the trunk, and mount the tank to get this beast moving. In order to lay out, I would have to notch both corners of the rear floor pan about 4 inches as well as cut OUT the entire package shelf, and that aint happenin on this car since I want o drive it, not trailor it. I'm hoping I can get it into the parking lot at POWER TOUR this weekend. Enough with that, here are a few photos:

So its about 9:30 and I figure **** it, I'll stop by my guy Crash's house ( the 68 caddy I bagged last summer if you remember the project, it was two tone black / yellow on 20s ). Anyways, here is what this crazy bastard was working on, my 12 gallon air tank!

This is RIGHT after he sprayed the kandy, the 7th color to the job. He is clearing it now as I post this, but blam its crazy lookin at it with all the kandys  The colors he used were white and red, mixed a few times, and then a few red kandys and a pink HOK kandy over the top of everything. Insane

Wouldn't be worth more if you restored it back to OEM stock? What color(s) are you going to paint it?

Not done yet, I need a hole saw to cut some holes and ten need to purchase soem fabric to wrap it with. But so far so good. I made room for 5 gauges, but 2 of the 5 may not be usable caus ethe glass shrunk and warped it a bit. I'll see if I cant dig up some photos when I get back from the lakefront, a few guys are going down there to enjoy the weather and I'm oen of um :headbang

I'm totally not into lowriders or anything at all but this car is so damn long I just can't help laughing when I see it , too cool!!! :thumbsup Should be awesome when you are done.

The only other lowrider I like is that clean, long dark car with the dark green/yellow two-tone paint job. I think it said Crash on the front license plate. That one was very tastefully done :) Props to these two cars...

Thanks chief! ( I think? :rolf )

That is Crash!'s 68 Coupe de Ville, also seen here:

And we try to stay away from the term lowrider, cause hyraulics are for farm trucks and wires are for, well, you know. Big wheels and air suspension = 'Customs' er something
