No sh1t! I don't necessarily subscribe to the whole "sue happy" mentality that we live in nowadays, but I'd be F'in PISSED if they cuffed me to a pole, WITH LEG SHACKLES. In public no less! I'd make'em pay for their mistake and subsequent mistreatment. :fire
