yeah, check the d.o.t. website, i think the email is bur-veh@wi.dot.gov or something like that... just look for an address that has the bur-veh in it. They were real nice and checked like 10 times for me. Unfortunately "NOT DADS" was taken :D

Yeah, its kind of funny the stuff people with Vet/Service plates can do. I've heard that nearly all parking enforcment is off limits to Vet plated cars, so they can park in cross walks and it from what I've heard they can park in handicaps. don't know if thats true or not, but I know I don't enforce a thing when I see that plate.

Makes sense to me... its like a natural respect thing. When I see Navy or Military on one of the ID's when we card people at my job, Its almost like I feel sorry for hassling them:goof. Most of them say "active duty" on them... so your like... man.. there really doin it.... Sorry! Go on in and spend your money :goof

I use to get off with a TON of stuff when I had firefighter or EMT plates.

I should get some USMC vet plates, seeing as I was asked nicely to get rid of the FF/EMT plates, since my department got a few calls about me going 5mph over the limit by old people.

Rick

SSMike....I think what he has is the US ARMY plates, not Korean War vet plates. I could be wrong, but I thought he was just deployed to Korea recently.

Well I have the form right off the WI DOT site. It says circle on of 40 choices, and I have US ARMY circled.

On another note, technicly I am a korea war vet. Seeing as the war never ended and a cease fire was called or whatever :goof :D

Ok start here: link (http://www.dot.state.wi.us/drivers/plateguide/special.htm#lao)

Then scroll down to military group..............Hit more.......then click that pdf link MV2653........and look down you'll see where it says circle.

To be honest. I have never seen an active duty plate yet besides a Guard Plate that belongs to a guy I work with.

As for the Free Masons, they RUN the world. Jack the Ripper was a Free Mason...And many other important people.
