The quality looks great but the shot really pisses me off. I want to see the whole scene, not just one small area.

J, was right. That was one of the falls at Whitnall Park. This is the full scene, but I didn't post it cuz I wasn't too happy with how it came out...

Don't get me wrong, I do like the 2nd pic I posted, I was just more pleased with the water movement captured in the 1st. The rest of them didn't really give me the exposure I was lookin for. I don't have shutter control on the camera, so I have to try to trick it into longer exposures. And I don't use a tripod ever. Just lie down on the rocks or whatever's there... :goof

BTW Ben, I was looking for your page of pics, and the link I have doesn't work anymore. Do you have a new URL??

Depends on which pics you're looking for???

BTW, I don't remember what camera you said you have anymore but you could buy an inexpensive Neutral Density filter to force slower shutter speeds or wider f/stops in your camera. These things can be had for like $10-50 and come in a variety of darknesses. All they do is block incoming light therefor forcing a slower shutter or wider aperature. Also if you have a "Night Mode" you could try that. Night mode(s) often force a slightly higher f/stop (say like f/8 or more) and a slower shutter, depends on the camera though

Here is a link to some of the older (crummier) shots I have on the server.

I really need to update it since I have some WAY better stuff now, eh too lazy I guess :goof

I was just lookin for the pics you had on the old Homestead(sp) link...

My camera is only a point and shoot so I don't have the option for filters either. But it is a 5 MP so I'm off to a good start. BTW, I worked at Mike Crivello's for 5 years, so I kinda picked up a thing or two...
