It is far from finished. That is just a mock up of how it could be set up. The builder has said that the air filter will not be placed like that. The heatsoak from the exhaust manifold would be outrageous. :)

yeah, with factory backing, and purses that are WAAAY up ther ein a racing series backed by the manufacturer. that's the one thing i envy about the mustang camp. any and all of the fast ls1 cars, are done by people on their own, spending their own money. GM sucks in that regard which is why there will never be a NMRA for f-bodies

6's will be done soon -all the trial and error is done by ls1 guys with all their own money and exp. I'm sure this car will be in the 6's --obviously they figured something out :thumbsup pretty soon the ls1 will be like the fox,
everyone has the same combo --makes things a lil uninteresting,so i wanna see more single turbos ls1's that work well --it seems like they want massive compressors-wich makes sense since the motors flow like a mo fo. i dunno i just hope they make kits that really work instead of the 5k kits that make as much power as a cam and longtube car --but produce shhitty ET's
