Is it a tilt bed or ramps, does it have a winch on the front?

It has ramps. It is in the Janesville area. No winch, but it would be nice to have one.

Ramps are 5' long.

damn I need a trailer and would cost at least that much to build one with the price of steel now and kinda broke till I find a better paying job and trucks not running right now, so guess I'll wait.

I am not sure of the weight, and the axles are both 3500lb axles. It is very heavy duty.
