My friend just put his rims on his 96 Mustang, keep a look out for it. He does post on here, but only once every 7 or 8 years.

There really isn't too much to watch out for as I don't really have any major mods done. I think I know him well enough that I just assumed that "Watch out for this guy" was part of the sarcastic banter we use. For example, a Geo Metro chirps 'em at a light and what do you say other than "Oh boy"; Look out for that guy. Anyway, lowering springs next month once I get some cash again. Thanx for the compliments, guys. Hope to see you guys around sometime.

P.S. A local place wanted $130 to mount and balance my tires because of the 315's. :wow Farm and Fleet did it for $80. :)

ps. im just curious why you need a rubber mallet and a hammer to put your tires on? :confused :goof :alcoholic

First he flipped the quadshocks around to allow the wheel to fit. That supposedly works, but it still rubbed even then. He ended up removing them.

No air tools to break bolts free = Wrench and Rubber Mallet :headbang

I had 17x10.5 AFS Cobra R's with 315/35 rubber on my 99 Mustang. Zero fitment issues. I didn't realize 94-98 fitment was different. :confused

I guess some replicas, the offset and backspacing might not be as accurte since its a replica afterall, so they sometimes have a few more issues though, they look awesome though

my wheels are AFS and they seem good to me, only a 17x9 in the back though

:rolf Dude I laughed for like 3 minutes after I saw that....

..and then in an ironic twist, I realized that actually is an ultra rare 2.0L TURBO GM 4 cylinder Sunbird!!!!! The old LT3!! I have always wanted to get one of those and pound the piss out of it, add an intercooler, crank the boost, but never could find one. They look sweet as hell under the hood, factory. Red valve covers and this red turbo pipe and it says "TURBO" kind of like a Turbo Dodge.

Anyways, useless bit of trivia for ya.

Certainly the turbo's were quicker than the chevy z24's of the day...
