Where could I have a prom tuned?

I'm looking at a complete TPI setup for my 82 TA. The tpi setup is from an 86 TA, computer and all. I was told it wouldn't run well with the stock tune, so I was wondering where I could have a chip made.

Well if your not in a big hurry I should be able to help you out in a month or so, once I get some practice and figure it all out on my car. I just got the Programer last week.
