Very nice...I've always liked how shelby makes a car look. He (they've) have always done alot to the exterior of a car, while keeping it simple and elegant...always had the ability to take a car and make it look drastically more slick without actually doing anything "drastic".

The new SVT Shelby has very little to do with Shelby. The car is 100% Ford.

You don't think shelby would allow his name to be put on something he didn't approve of with regards to both engineering and looks, do you ? ;) I know it's not a shelby enterprise project as I did refer to ford with "they've"

If anything, his constant battles with various cobra reproducers has shown that shelby is fiercly protective of his name and image...and I think ford gave him considerable leeway in determining the shape/etc of the vehicle...whether it be with a yay/nay of a proposed design or maybe even a: "I'd like to see this incorporated..." etc...

still, 100% ford or with imput from the man himself...still a good looking car.

I just see some people wanting to see the 07 SVT cobra. And think this is a Shelby built mustang, just like the 60's.

Just got this off MMA. Notice in the in the back there are some pics of a SVT MUSTANG. Will there be two versions? Maybe one with 550hp? :thumbsup

Yeah, the entire time SVT has been talking about this thing the target has been right at 40k... which for what you're getting there is a really, really sweet deal.

I have a co-worker who checked out the Shelby thru somefrends and the going rate will be in excess of $100,000. and Carol Shelby did endorse and had imput in the prototype!
