The guy who wrote it is not the biggest gearhead knowing he brings the Camry into the mix, and doesn't have much appeal for g forces.

He complains it has two separate adjustment controls instead of one. Seriously, who cares.

When he mentions the skip shift feature, he should put more emphasis on the one thousand dollars it saves the consumer. Luckily he does mention the aftermarket piece you can buy to eliminate it.

The only thing I don't like from reading the article is problem with the keyless start.

One thing that ran through my mind at the auto show today was how do the doors open when the battery is dead?

Is there a push-button on the inside of the door?

If so, mabey there is a solenoid that fires under low pressure, but if it fails, you need to push it harder to open the door mechanically.


I don't think the engineers are THAT dumb!
