I am looking for a place to dyno my diesel truck. I need a place that has a load cell/edy brake equipped dyno in order to load the motor enough to get full boost. Anyone have any good experiences with any shops with a dyno? The dyno needs to have a tq rating of over 1000ft lbs. Any place come to mind? C&S is listed on the Superflow webpage. Anyone have experience with them? Thanks

C&S has an engine dyno not a chassis dyno. Not sure if the dyno will fit a diesel motor though.

I would try Hucksdorf Diesel they do a lot of nice custom work there and I belive they have a dyno, I may be wrong.

You could also try Borchardt's but I never heard anything good about them, only bad things, so I would use that only as a last resort.

Good luck, I will let you know if I need any stumps pulled out or houses moved :D

Brad (michels performance) might not be able to accomodate what you need, he has a regular dynojet, but its worth a call

I went to a dyno in Manitowoc that was privately owned by a trucker that used it for his Viper. Really nice guy and I had heard that he would dyno his rigs too so maybe thats an option. Too bad I dont remember the name or better details. I think Troy TK14SS might remember the place that I am talking about. A bunch of us went over there about 2 years ago.

For the old schoolers....thats when Dubs dynoed his SS with the 20's and the nitrous:rolf

Call NMRA racer Mike Post he owns his own chassis dyno and now is Diesel truck capable he also knows many different tuning systems, he is located in Plainfield, IL 847-347-5331. I know he is leaving for Florida next wednesday. He is a great guy to work with.

I emailed LS1speed, they said they could accomodate me. They said they would bring in a few more fans for the smoke :rolf . They are only about a 1.5 hr drive. I may take them up on that. Thanks for all the suggestions.
