After the recommendation of someone here, whom I can't even remember anymore, I sent my headers, precat elimininators, and exhaust housings of the turbos up to them for ceramic coating.

They coated them in a 2-step process. A race coat (TLHB) and the cermakrome coat. It's good for 1800-2000 degree temps with a 3 year warranty against any defect.

Very happy with the result after getting them back, however, I wont have the motor back in for another 1-2 weeks yet so the real test comes then. Just wanted to say thanks to whoever it was that told me about them.

Toll free 877.398.9388 - ask for Mary Ann Demmers, tell her Jesse Rink sent ya.

Their prices are very reasonable. I believe it broke down as: (off the top of my head)

Shorty headers - $140 for the cermakrome (good for 1300 degrees)
Shorty headers - $50 for the TLHB race coat (adds an additional 500-700 degrees protection)

Precat eliminator pipes - $50 for the cermakrome
Precat eliminator pipes - $25 for the TLHB race coat

Exhaust housing on the turbos - $80 for the Black Satin finish

Don't quote me on the prices... every application varies obviously.

I think that was me that recomended them, I had a post last summer about it when I took my headers there. I went with the flat black race coating, its a little thicker and I think rated for higher temps. I have had no problems with mine since the coating, and they still look good.

P.S. remember to handle them with gloves on like they said or you will end up with finger prints baked into them. They aren't fully cured untill you put them on and drive for a while.
