I don't know if you know, but that kid with the skatboard ended up with a 17 year sentance. The guy he hit ended up dead from a brain hemmorage.

eh, when push comes to shove...mine's in my trunk :thumbsup - don't think I could brain someone with it though, well, depends on the situation I guess. Definitely not the situation in that video though, what a tool.

Thanks Scott; I was just about to post asking if anyone ever heard what the outcome of this event was. I certainly remember the BCM post from many months ago when this video was first shown and everyone was quite upset. I thought about the video a few times since then when I was in a situation that I felt could potentially turn ugly like this (fortunately none have). It gives you something to think about ahead of time , what you might do if a situation presents itself.

Thats a completely different incident. In that article is says the guy who got hit is 33 years old...which in this vid he is clearly not. :) The guy in tat article died from 1 single blow to the head from the skateboard.

There have meen many "stories" about what happened to both of the people involed. Nobody knows for sure if the kid died or not....or if the other dude even got caught. The vid has been around for about a year or so. I just can't believe all the people standing there watching.
