I hate this crap. Leaving for work this morning I got stuck three times. Once in my alley, once at the end of the alley and once on Beloit rd. then I get to work and my stupid Service engine soon light came on. It is the second time that this happen the first time was because of bad gas. The second time I hope to god that it is for the same thing. I think it is coming close to retire the truck :(

It could be your gas cap dude. Check that out I've seen it alot recently.
If you had a ford I'd scan it for ya.

It's nice to be able to push that little button and have all the worries go away. :)

That would be cool but then I would want to mod it. Right now I am thinking about another truck that way I can throw stuff in the back if needed and not have to worry about it.

A new truck would be nice, I'll give you that. WRX's are fun though cuz with an uppipe-downpipe-catback you have already woke the car up from its slumber! :thumbsup

Dedicated winter tires makes a HUGE difference scott. If you want to keep your truck and have a 4x4 winter beater, I could probably get you a good line on a cheap one, 95 chevy, 4x4, 5 speed manua,l 4.3 v6.

Likely :)

I got stuck in freezing rain with it once... at a 4 way stop on a hill I had to turn around and find another way. :(

The snow rocked last night! I love just driving around having fun. Spent more time in 2 wheel drive than I did in 4 wheel. Lot's of fun!

Get this last night, I was cruzing south on Brookfield Rd., just past North Ave. here in Brookfield, and this **** head in a red Neon, pulls out in front of me, then slams on the brakes and comes to a complete stop! I hit my brakes, but then said, "screw it, I'll just go around him on the shoulder"... I really think he did it on purpose too. Not very smart at all.

Both the wife and I had fun coming home last night. She was fooling around in her Forester XT on the way back from Froedert, I was folling around on the way back from my part time gig at the Airport with the STi. I must admit taht tI think she ahd more fun, the Blizzaks on the STi grip almost to much for me.....I had to find a unplowed stretch to do some snow drifting.

the Blizzaks on the STi grip almost to much for me..... What I find disturbing is how confident you can get with the snow tires....It seriously was almost too easy. Way easy to get overconfident drinving around in these things. One can see how easy it is to follow too closely, or go into a corner too quickly as it is like driving on wet pavement. It was actually hard to spin the tires on this thing...

I used to be able to do beautiful AWD drifts in my neighborhood, but now it takes too much speed to get a drift going :(

Best thing about lots of snow is it makes it so easy to find a parking spot downtown when I go to school. Today I parked inside a 3 foot tall snowpile that was conviently placed in the first parking space infront of school. Besides being very convient, its really fun getting back out. Always fun getting the 4x4 rooster tails of snow, slush, **** and everything else flying all over the place. :headbang

Heck< you don't even need to use the brakes!

Looks like the polar front is beginning its northward trek a little bit early this year. This usually doesn't happen for another two-four weeks. I predict a very hot summer coming up.

BTW- I am in favor of global warming!
