The country which has been importing oil at an accelerated rate is China. I bet they get a nice fat discount that we in the US have to compensate for.

so .....they cut oil production when it's needed most so they can jack prices throught the roof.

or better yet, healthy commodities! or heathy commerce.

you'd do the same thing if you owned/ran the opec oil producers.
