I was bored enough/had the urge to wrench on something so I swapped off the stock exhaust manifold on my 2.0 87' Cav for one from a 2.2 Cav(88'+) with the 2.2 liter...a much better flowing manifold. Relatively easy swap direct bolt on for the most part, MYFYN79 from the board was passing through back from IL with his tranny and helped me out, afterall, hes the old Cav expert :). Actually noticeable difference in power in the upper RPM range.

Resident Cav expert letting you know that the 2.2 started in 90. :goof

Glad you like the manifold, and take it easy on all the local Vipers etc. with the newfound power! :shades

Hehe, guess I've never had a problem losing tools under the hood. Try to always put them in a secure location where they won't fall into no mans land. But yea, its probably best to leave the tools off to the side of the car but this didn't require too many tools or time.

Notice the beautiful junkyard hunting toolbox.

Since they need work everyday, the DSM's have a built in tool holder straight from the factory :goof
