Anyone know how to go about getting a business license or getting incorporated?

My wife needs to get a business license for a start up that she wants to persue but I dont quite know where to get licenses and stuff. Is this something that a lawyer needs to set up or are there documents online to incoporate yourself.

My Accountant and Attorney took care of most of it for me. You really should talk to a Accountant to figure out if you need a LLC or a S or C Corp or the Tax Man may get the best of you.

Definitely listen to Keith. Find out what type of Business (S-Corp, LLC, sole proprietor, etc). I saw a CPA, she gaves me a free consultation.
