Hi,
My coworker created a box folder with all our project-related documents and made me co-owner of the folder. However, since she left the company her email account linked to the box account has been deactiveated and our shared folder doesn't exist on Box anymore.
I haven't been able to sync all the files to my laptop before her account was deactivated.
I badly need those documents, is there any way I can recover the folder?
Please help.
