Bakery Quest - a year hacking the US with our kid and dogs.

Sell the house, sell the business, quit our other jobs, pull the kid out of school, buy a 20 year old sidecar, hook it up to an almost 20 year old bike, cram more than we should into it, hang a trailer off the back for the dogs, and spend a year on the road exploring the country and looking for a place to open/buy/overthow a bakery.
