Locksmith - Door Lock Cylinders

Anyone know of a locksmith that can take a new door & trunk lock cylinder for an early 90s GM and fit it to an existing key?

Not the best neighborhood, old guy, if hes not busy he will do them while you wait and very reasonable price.

I think I used him 10 years ago. The business didn't pop up on Google maps searching locksmith.
