Where do you fish? I will fish when I go up north to the Crivitz area but I just buy bait around that area. Plenty of little shops to buy bait from, they actually sell it at almost every small gas station up there.

Google bait stores (https://www.google.com/search?q=milwaukee+bait+stores&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-US:IE-Address&ie=&oe=&gws_rd=ssl#rls=com.microsoft:en-US:IE-Address&q=milwaukee+bait+shops&rflfq=1&tbm=lcl) for the area your heading to. Joe's 9th & Lincoln, R&R 3115 E Layton, Minnesota leaches 3157 S Howell (no minnows). Waukesha and Washington counties have a number of shops as well.

Since Bob's bait was on hwy 100, I'm assuming he will be fishing around this area. Bob's was my only baitshop I went to down here, so this past ice fishing season, I had to go to wind lake to get bait. There is a little gas station on loomis that has bait and great sandwhiches....hope this helps.
