So I went to F-body day...

I was at the F-Bod vs. Mustang day on Sunday at GLD. Saw quite a few bada$$ cars. Couple a 10 sec. Camaro's and some surprising 11 and 12 sec. sleepers. Then the day turned into "import wars" and I had to leave. Not before I watched this race though. I called it Crap vs. Crap! The neon got a respectable 13.45, but the Honduh was lucky to keep it below 16.8 I guess he spent too much on grapefruit shooters and not enough on ponys....

The Viper is some guy from Omro, WI named Todd Goodwin I saw it in a magazine... He runs in Edelbrock/TCI Fast Pro Stock - they run like high 8's.....Its a class mostly full of Mustangs and F-Bodys, maybe he went with some of the F-Body guys....

If I remeber right, he was clickin off low 9's the couple times I saw him run. I never caught a 60' on it, but it had to be insane the way he was launchin!!! :rock

Definitly more F-Bods then Mustangs. There was even more Corvettes there then Mustangs. The were running the Corvette nationals on the same day I guess. :banana
