I am not a lawyer but i dont see how they can make anything stick unless someone cracks and admits to it or someone rats. Cant see plates cant see drivers so how can it be proved whos cars they are and or who was driving. Another waste of taxpayers time and money when there are plenty of real criminals that have done far worse than a late night freeway pull they could be after IMO.
