Just posting as its starting to get cold out and the weather is going south. Progress Development has all the storage space you need. No matter what size or what dates you want it in, and what date you want your stuff out. We can do it.

I know for sure the price on cars and trucks are $30 a month. This building is secured w/ADT, heated to 55 degrees all fall, winter, spring. Has a sprinkler system in the storage areas incase of a fire.

I dont know any place around waukesha that can compete with these prices.

I'll get prices on the rest of the stuff like boats, motorhomes, and trailers(jetskiis and whatnot)

**** SUMMER STORAGE IS ALSO AVAILIBLE, SLEDS, TRAILERS, ANYTHING!!!!****

Damn that is a great price for heated storage. If only I still had something to store for the winter.

I think this year I will be storing one of my cars(prolly the SS) there...keeping both my Montes 1.5 hours away kinda stinks :crying . Sounds like a fair price and heat is a nice bonus, plus close by.

I'd like to keep my cars out as long as possible and watch the weather before it turns to snow/salt.

Should we *reserve* a spot ahead or is calling last minute(within a week before we want it in lets say last week in Oct.) ok?

You should not need to reserve spots, we have at least 30K of storage for this stuff, cars, boats, etc. If space would become a problem I'll post an UPDATE to let everyone know.

Can you do minor work on your cars during storage (turning wrenches only)? Or is it a park it and leave it?

I am in need of a storage spot about November 1st--again, interested in working on my car during the winter as well--are we able to wrench on them in the storage facility??

Thanks,

Andy, if you can find a place with heated storage, security, and sprinkler systems for all three of your cars cheaper than 90$ a month. We'll talk :thumbsup

Sorry guys no wrenching allowed, I know this keeps some people away. The problem is when you get guys with their collectable muscle cars. They dont want anyone parking near them, let alone others walking around.

Sorry,

JEFF

I know they also offer heated storage where I live. If anyone is lookin closer to Milwaukee area, I'm pretty sure it's $30-$35 a month but no wrenching is allowed. They baisically rent out the unoccupied spots in the underground structure where I live. Not sure if there is a "date in/date out" restriction, but I can check into it if anyone needs a place. Not tryin to hijack, just offerin another option to everyone that may want a spot closer to home... ;)

it has sprinklers, I wouldn't be too worried about your car catching fire with sprinklers. WE have plenty of storage left. Just call and set a time up and talk everything over with Bob,

Just keep comprehensive insurance on your car and you should be covered from fire/theft and other crap just fine.
