Buick help needed

Got a buddy with a 67 riviera. 430 ci engine, he thinks he broke the timing chain/or some sort of cam/ timing issue. Wants to take it somewhere to be fixed. I need a recommendation on a reputable place that will do this sort of work without carelessness.

Ideas?

Not sure but I wonder if that engine had the plastic timing gear teeth?
