The wife and I are having new appliance’s delivered later this week due to the fridge taking a shit. Is it worth attempting to sell old appliance’s or just use the free haul away?
Our house was used as an vacation house for the last 9 years- appliances are old but good condition as they were rarely used.

Dishwasher is probably original 1990. High end for the time. Its white, but the controls look vintage 1990. Works fine… is this worth anything?
Gas range is probably from around 2000. Works fine. Looks presentable with modern digital temperature/timer thing. White. I figure this one is worth something, but am unsure how much.

I'm not sure there is much of a market out there for stuff like that. I tried to sell an older dishwasher and ended up just junking it as no one wanted it. Maybe the fridge as a beer fridge for a garage, but only if it works.

People would rather go to Lowe's and buy some cheap thing that looks modern. I'd just let them take the stuff and be done with it.

Throw it on CL for a couple hundred or whatever its worth to you to have to store em, or use the fridge for beer and the oven for powdercoating if you've got room?
