Is Brad(UnderPSI) still the 'fireworks guy'?

Hello WI!!! I'm visiting for the 4th of July and want to get some fireworks. I got some really good stuff from Brad a few years ago but don't see him on here much anymore, if at all. If he is no longer selling them, some suggestions for where to get some 'good' stuff would be much appreciated. Thanks!
