Anybody on here able to get X-Plan pricing on a 2015 Ford?

Thanks!

New truck? Last August I ordered out a 13 F150 and asked about x plan. They gave me the x plan number and worked out a better price in the end. Buddy of mine is a sales manager, ask for Nick Burkee. 281-6100 Tell him Dave Anhalt refered you.

New Mustang, but I got into the X-Plan pricing website last night and they don't show 2015 as an option yet, even though you can preorder.

When I bought my 12, the easiest way to get xplan was a svtoa membership for $40. I am unsure if that is still part of the program but maybe a route to get one if you can't find an employee that can give you one.

Just checked thru work, same as you found, only 2014 as the pricing option

I found a few sources for PIN numbers for x-plan, but just have to figure out about 2015 pricing. Will have to make some phone calls tonight.

Maybe I need to see one up close but from the pics I'm not a fan.

Michelle, which engine would you be getting if you get the 2015? I heard they were introducing the Eco Boost 2.3 4 cylinder but I didn't know it will have a supposed 305 WHEEL HP. That's actually impressive. Does anybody know what the power limits on these Eco Boosts blocks are? My guess would be around 400-500 before the internals would need to be beefed up. Still not a fan of the exterior though but it's more just the headlights and the rest of the body looks good.
Just seen the pics of the 2015 Corvette Zo6 and I hate the ass end but this new Zo6 look pretty bad ass from the front now. Plus the superchargered 625 hp engine helps. Lol.

I'd be going for the 5.0L engine.

It might be needed if Steeda Autosports account of the mustang gaining 200-300lbs (http://www.autoblog.com/2014/06/02/2015-ford-mustang-curb-weight-steeda-controversy/) is accurate.

Many have assumed (as do I) that the mustang was supposed to be lighter. Steeda created a stir when they posited that the mustang was heavier, but then backpedaled significantly. Of course, Ford hasn't helped by not posting the curb weights of each model...

My worst guess is that the mustang will be roughly as heavy, or at worst only slightly more heavy than the current models. Still want to see more on the turbo4 though....one of the MD's I work with swore up and down if they ever came out with a 4 cylinder mustang, he'd buy one as he owned one in college (Pintostang)

What Ford should have done was used the new SHO Eco Boost in the 2015 Mustang. With the weight I would think the turbo 4 cylinder wouldn't have the best performance numbers but I would love to see the 4, 6 and 8 cylinders in a comparison test.

not too bad

They should cut some weight considering the Camaro is supposed to be a lot lighter when the 2016 comes out and GM's seem to get better mpg than comparable Fords .

I am unhappy that I haven't driven it yet. Or even seen it in person. Or it's owner(s):(

Michelle what year is that? Doesn't look like the 2015.

It's a 2014. I didn't have the patience to wait until late fall/early winter to trailer a brand new car home and store it in my garage. Production timing seemed too late to take that risk. If the 2015 and IRS is as great as it's supposed to be, will look into trading in the 2014 and ordering a 2016 at that point. This is a big upgrade to what I currently have (SHOs) and what I had (94 Cobra), so that 2015 will have to be quite spectacular.

To be honest I like the style of the 14 better than the 15 anyway. Nice high 12 sec car out the box.
What options did you get and it's a manual right? I read that the track package has some nice goodies.

michelle

It's a base GT with two options: track package and Recaro seats.

Track package consists of:
- 3:73
- Boss 302 radiator
- Brembo brakes
- 19x9 wheels
- Suspension and suspension tuning

And yes, it's the 6-speed manual.
