Yesterday I was in West Allis and I suddenly hear a beautiful sounding exhaust. Looked in my side mirror and seen a dark colored 70s Z Car, looked like a 240 and the driver hit the throttle and all I heard was what seemed to be a large turbo. It kinda sounded like a V8 but not totally sure. Anybody know who this is and what drive train is in this beast?
I did notice when the driver hit the throttle smoke coming from the exhaust. Since I was looking in my mirror and the Z was a block away I couldn't tell if it was oil or running rich. Would love to see this Z in person for a closer look. I have a soft spot for these cars and owned a few 70s 240s and a 81 280ZX.
