Any E85 N/A carb tuners around ?

Any local guys good at converting standard Holley Carbs to E85 ?

I purchased a motor for the nova and the compression is up there, based on the measurements and 64cc heads its 13 : 1 maybe a little less as the large cam bleeds some off, race gas is $$$ so I was thinking about E85.

Any local guys good at converting Holley Carbs or can support E85 questions ?
