Zero turn mowers / john deere dealers

I'm close to buying an used john deere z445 zero turn mower from a huge john deere dealer. Online price is $2950. Is this like buying a car... Do I negotiate the price? New they are $5100 and it's an 2009 with 120 hours. Price seams good to average from what I've seen.
