Axle re drilling

Does anyone know a shop in the Milwaukee area that can redrill a set of axles? I'm looking to keep my 5x4.75 pattern but going from a 7/16" stud to a 12mm stud. I've been told that it needs to be a .500" hole + or - .002"

I did not. Didn't even think about them for machining work.
